I bet you can remember a time when you were totally 100% focused.
It was probably a time when you had absolute conviction, total interest in an outcome. Your mind was focused with razor sharp accuracy. And, I bet you achieved your goal.
When you are completely focused, totally absorbed in an idea, activity, goal, you begin to notice how to achieve your outcome.
All of sudden, you start to see things, hear conversations, feel drawn in specific directions – it isn’t just your mind, your entire self becomes focused.
Here’s 3 Steps for using Your Power of Focus to create a Millionaire Mindset:
1. select an outcome that you have 100% conviction to achieve
2. several times a day, write down your ideas about how to achieve it, think about these, talk to other people about them – notice how the subject of Your Focus takes on a life of it’s own
3. If you notice that your loosing your focus and momentum, pull your attention back by taking 3 minutes to Re-Focus – for 3 minutes put 100% of your attention on your outcome.
In fact, you will notice that the more you focus on an outcome (time, energy, recources), the more empowered you become to achieve it.
You rally yourself in a new way – like your calling out all the troops within yourself (all your parts, is another way to say this) and you become far more productive, effective, and efficient.
You become an Empowered Person.
