I bet you don’t feel like doing business with them again. And that means all the time and money they spent getting the first sales with you is lost – all because they didn’t build an honest trust worthy relationship with you.
I’ve found – in business and in all areas of life – the fastest way to build long term success, get repeat business, is to ALWAYS BE HONEST. Even if you find you can’t deliver what you sold – on time or at the level you sold it – go speak with your client, be honest and upfront, offer them options, get their input.
