How to EASILY start MEDITATING - J V Crum, III Create Wealth Conscious Millionaire Success Coaching
This is very simple - here are some steps to follow in beginning to use mediation to focus and clear your mind so that you can create higher level success and start noticing the real millionaire opportunities that are all around you.
I suggest starting with as little as 5 minutes a day - ideally 15 minutes a day, one time, so that you have the opportunity to experience a focus that comes from simply following your breath for a 15 minute period.
Here are the steps - you don't need anything other than a floor and one or two pillows from your bed. If you have a meditation pillow great, but it isn't required. You can start right now, today, after you read this.
1. sit on the floor on top of the pillows or mediation cushion, either will work
2. cross your legs at comfortable position - don't push them, whatever is comfortable
3. sit up straight - with your spine erect as if your head were being gently pulled upright
4. now, just lower your eyes about 45 degrees and let them slightly defocus
5. put your hands in each other's palm, with the palms up
6. put your tongue on the roof of your mouth
7. then just breath in and out - focus your mind on your breath - notice when you breathe out and when you breathe in
8. when your mind notices a thought - just gently label it as "thought" - then...
9. just refocus your mind on your breath
Now - you may want to set a timer or just place a clock where you can easily notice when the 5, 10, or 15 minutes have passed.
