We've all heard of the 80% factor - that 20% of your people create 80% of the results. Well, if you want to create Financial Freedom, you have to apply the 80% factor differently.
I was in the book store the other day in the business book section. I was talking to a guy about what I do and told him I teach people how to become financially free. He wanted to know how.
It's easy, I told him it's just that most people don't do the basics - they aren't consistent in their discipline so create they don't create any freedom.
The 80% factor - take no more than 80% of what you make, after taxes, and live on it. Then take 20% and put it into a diversified portfolio (this spreads your risk and any financial advisor can offer you many options) - and this is the magic:
Put it in regularly - then leave it alone, in up and down markets. Over 10, 20, 30 years this will make you financially free. So, if it's that simple why aren't most people financially free.
They don't do this.
