First impressions are a one time event. People
immediately make decisions about you and these
decisions will impact whether they want to buy
from you.
I know, most people getting this email will say
but I'm not a sales person. Think again. You are
always selling. We all are.
We are selling ourselves and how you come across
will determine how people think and feel about you.
Here are three things you can do - not just on the
first impression, but on every impression, to create
a million-dollar impression on others.
1. how you dress matters, even going to the store.
People make decisions about you by how you
present yourself. Is your hair combed? Are your
clothes neat and clean? Did you take the time to
present yourself as a winner?
2. Take interest in them. Ask them questions
about their life, their business, their day. Then
listen and pay attention. People rate others more
positive when they care about them. Don't you?
3. Have a firm yet warm handshake. Think about
what someone touching you in a handshake tells
you about them. Others think the same way as
you. How do you like your hand shaken? Others
are probably seeking the same thing.
You are always selling YOU. And, if you want
to achieve millionaire success, remember that
people do business with people they like.
How you come across will have a great deal to
do with whether they like you - and want to do
business with you.
