As the client, you direct the agenda and prior to each session, the client provides the J V with information on how he or she did with the prior week's goals along with the goals for the next session. Coaching is a time set aside just for you to work on your goals so that you create a life in which you get what you want.

One of the greatest benefits of the relationship is for a business owner who is in a position where most people will not take the risk to provide totally honest feedback is having the opportunity to hear the truth, with directness and with support. Coaching is a relationship in which the truth is told.

Coaching is a professional relationship that is collaborative in nature. You email a pre-session form prior to each  Coaching session. In it you discuss your prior week's achievements and challenges together with your goals for the next session.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM  J. V. CRUM, III

   When working directly with  J. V. Crum, III, these are the seven commitments he makes to you.

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU AS A CLIENT
 

1. Always Give Your Best: By deciding to begin a  coaching relationship, you are making a commitment to yourself, to your life, and to your business. The coaching experience begins the moment you make this commitment. This is an INVESTMENT of your time, money and energy. The only way that you can obtain the best return on your investment is to always give your best.

2. Complete all Action Steps: I provide results focused coaching. During each session, we will develop one or more action steps for you to complete before the next session. I will ask you to commit to your action steps and will ask your permission to hold you accountable. I expect you to follow through because your success depends on your taking action.

3. Communicate Openly, Honestly and Straightforwardly: I expect both of us to always be open and honest with one another. This is the only way in which we can develop realistic expectations. I expect you to be straightforward with me in providing feedback and in communicating the needs or expectations that you have. If at any time you are not getting everything you are wanting from your coaching, I want you to communicate this to me so that we can make any needed changes.

4. Keep Your Commitments: I expect you to call at the appointment time or provide me with 24 hours notice, excepting the unusual emergency that could occur. If you don't, then you forfeit that Coaching session. If you make an agreement, I expect you to keep it.

5. Payment of Fees on Time: I expect you to pay on or before due dates for payments. All payments for coaching are made in advance of services as is customary in the coaching profession. If you provide your credit card for charging, it will be automatically charged in accordance with your fee schedule contained in your coaching agreement.

 

PROFESSIONAL FEES

The Platinum program has limited space availability. The reason is this is my only one-on-one program. HOW I WORK WITH CLIENTS:  At the Platinum Level, I am working on an exclusive basis. I currently accept a maximum of 12 private clients at any time. I look at our relationship as a partnership that is for one another's mutual benefit. When I partner with you, I'm not just working with you when we are speaking, but I hold your interests and consider your goals throughout my week.

The real question for you to answer as you consider working together is: How rapidly do you want to move ahead? This determines the level of partnership that we should have. I combine MBA skills and performance psychology with my skills for helping you remove blocks and unlock your deeper wealth potential. My approach is integrative and results-focused.

PLATINUM MONTHLY FEES: currently range from $895 to $5,895 per month. There is an initial Fee of $750 for your Total Wealth Blueprint, which is provided at No Charge when you pay on a six month basis. And, fees are discounted 10% or more when you pay twice a year. Additional services, such as consulting, can be added on a monthly basis and paid  that month.

All coaching is a one year agreement, however, I am 100% dedicated to having fully satisfied clients. Therefore either of us may cancel our agreement for any reason with 30 days notice.

Monthly Plans begin with two or three monthly coaching sessions and then progress to include additional coaching and email support, being on-call for short laser sessions, consulting and quarterly strategy sessions. We design your program based on your needs and how fast you want to grow your business. My goal is to partner with you in the way will best achieve your results.

CONSULTING FEES/STRATEGY MEETINGS: for non-platinum members are currently $3,500/ full day and $2,500/ half day. Platinum Members receive 20% discount to $2,800/full day and $2,000/ half day. Consulting has two day minimum if more than 100 miles from Tampa, unless client travels to Tampa. Actual expenses are additional to the base fees.

GUIDANCE ON SELLING/BUYING COMPANIES:   J V Crum, III can guide you through selling your business or acquiring another company. This includes taking you, step by step, through the process and, if you desire, helping you coordinate the project with various professionals involved. Fees for this service are quoted based on the scope of work that I provide.

Same thing - purchased the URLS and file the Trademarks - then began to put together ideas for both of these concepts.  This is now going to be another company as well as used in the name of the non-profit I am now filing.
